Success Stories
We have passion for helping individuals achieve their goals. We have helped hundreds of individuals find a healthier and better version of themselves. Some already had the desire burning deep inside, and some found that spark as we progressed. We have worked with individuals who never saw themselves as athletes, only to find out they had more spirit and fight than they ever could have imagined. We feel success is rooted in gratitude and desire, developed with patience and consistency, and achieved through hard work. We strive to understand each person’s individual goals, and have taken this into consideration with each and every person coached, and guide them accordingly. We’ve had a number of individuals who’ve come to us out of frustration, either due to repeated injuries, or not seeing performance improvements, or feeling their goals were not understood by their coach. These individuals have found success under our coaching philosophy. Each person is unique and requires a different type of training stimulus. Our job is to figure that out.
Other great performances of athletes over the years include:

I also coached Faye to the following performances in Spartan World Championships: 12th in 2014, 9th in 2015, and 3rd in 2016. Full disclosure, Faye is my neice.

Michael P- I started coaching Michael in June, 2010. Michael had been running for several years and had run a few marathons. Michael ran his first marathon under my coaching in September 2010. He did not run a personal best but did run his fastest time in five years. He ran 3:46:26. In April 2011, Michael ran 3:19:05. Michael was very skeptical at first with my approach to training. Between these two races, he began to follow my training program for him with very little deviation. In October 2012, Mike ran 3:05:10, and in October 2013, Mike ran 2:52:32 on the same course. Mike never ever thought he would break 3 hours. By the way, Mike is in his late 40s.
Mike not only performed well at the marathon distance but posted some pretty impressive improvements over the half marathon and 10 km distances. In March 2011, Mike ran 43:35 for a 10 km and in September 2013, he ran a 10km in 36:18. His half marathon performance went from a time of 1:36:42 in August 2011 to a time of 1:21:45 in June 2013.

Ian A- Ian started with us in October 2013. He had just started running and completed his first half marathon. His goal was to qualify for Boston. He did that at the 2015 Chicago Marathon by running 3:11. This was a 33 minute improvement in performance.
Heather W- Heather is a very experienced runner. I started coaching her in May 2011. Heather has run a 2:54 marathon when she was in her late 20’s. Heather is in her 50s. Dan K (Ironman Athlete) - I started coaching Dan in October 2012. He had just completed his first Ironman in Penticton where he posted a time of 10:59:02. Dan came from a very competitive swim background. His desire was to improve his running and biking. In August 2013, Dan competed in Ironman Mont-Tremblant and finished in a time of 10:32:25. He shaved 16 minutes off his bike time and 9 minutes off his run time. Dan also qualified and ran Boston Marathon. His time for qualifying was 3:02.
