Ingredients
1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1/3 cup Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 tpsp Flaxseed
1/2 tpsp Chia Seeds
1 tpsp Almond Butter
1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, add fresh fruit or dried fruit.
