Ingredients
3/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 cup Unsweetened dried coconut
6 Dated, pitted
1/2 cup Grated carrot
1 Tpsp Chia seeds
2 Tpsp Coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
pinch of Sea salt
Instructions
Combine dates and dried coconut in a food processor.
In a bowl combine protein powder, carrots, cinnamon, cloves, coconut oil and sea salt. Add dates and coconut mixture, and chia seeds. Mix using your hands.
Roll mixture into small balls.
Refrigerate for an hour.
These can refrigerated for 5 to 7 days.
